A-MAN, Inc. is the outgrowth of the early research project developed and directed by Dr. Bettye Walker and also funded by UCLA. Replication is the main follow up protocol from the Research Project.
St Eugene’s Pre K through 8 th grade School has been the focus and Demonstration Site since moving to the Love Education Building.They continue to utilize all of the equipment and technology, including the Video Center, that was housed in the STEM Center building. St Eugene’s received the STEM award from their district because of their state of the art STEM Center donated by A-MAN, Inc. LA Southwest College has Prof Hal’s Laser Ranging Simulator, built by the Smithsonian Museum of American History to replicate his Laser Ranging Experiment and Laser he used to fire to the Moon during the Apollo11 Moon Landing. This is The Apollo11 Lunar Laser Ranging Experiment.
The first experiment in history using a hand -placed extraterrestrial instrument on another celestial body!
The Holman/A-MAN STEM Technology Center is headquartered in the Edgar Love Education Building on Adams Boulevard in the west Adams District. Plans will continue, after the Pandemic, to replicate sites at Hollypark Church education center in Gardena and Scott United Church in Pasadena and Santa Monica College.
